What is included with a guided fly fishing trip?

A guided fly fishing trip with Captain Patrick Owen includes expert guiding and instruction on one of America's premier trout fisheries.

The guided trip includes rod/reel, tackle, and flies.

Also provided: non-alcoholic beverages and a delicious lunch (full day trips only).

What is NOT included with a guided fly fishing trip?

A guided fly fishing trip does not include guide gratuity, a local/state fishing license, personal outdoorwear (rain jacket, waders, boots, hat, sunglasses, sun gloves, etc.), or alcoholic beverages.

What is an appropriate gratuity for a guided fly fishing trip?

Appropriate gratuity for a full day trip is $100-150 per guide. Our guides rely on tips to offset their daily expenses of gas, lunch, shuttles, tackle, and flies. Gratuity is greatly appreciated by our guides, as they work hard to put you on fish and make your experience as memorable as possible.
